Dr. Chia-Hua Maggie Ho is a senior biotechnology executive and global regulatory strategy expert with over 15 years of experience in drug development, clinical operations, and multinational regulatory affairs. She has worked extensively with major health authorities, including the US FDA, EMA, and Taiwan TFDA, leading numerous IND, NDA, and BLA submissions. As COO of Hopstem Biotechnology Inc., she oversees corporate strategy and operations, advancing cell and gene therapy programs toward commercialization. Previously, she held leadership roles at Amarex. Dr. Ho earned her PhD from the University of Oxford and conducted postdoctoral research at MIT.

​Dr. Wayne Liu is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Growth Officer of Perfect Corp., where he has driven global expansion and guided the company to a successful NYSE listing.  His career bridges engineering, industry leadership, and education at the intersection of artificial Intelligence, enterprise systems, and human capability.  Previously, he held senior roles at NVIDIA, Intel, and Broadcom, contributing to NVIDIA's shader processor architecture, foundational to modern AI.  Dr. Liu holds two doctorates from the University of Southern California, an MS from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. A Forbes contributor and global speaker at the World Economic Forum and Consumer Electronics Show, he also teaches AI and entrepreneurship, focusing on the future of work. 

Professor Ken Hsu earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and began his career at a multinational bank in New York. From 1990 to 2008, he played a key role in founding, financing, and managing semiconductor and telecommunications companies in the Hsinchu Science Park. He is currently an Associate Professor jointly appointed at National Tsing Hua University’s Department of Quantitative Finance and IMBA program. His research focuses on private equity, venture capital, M&A integration, and sustainable finance. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the OSCAR Net Zero Supply Chain Alliance.
