Dr. Chia-Hua Maggie Ho is a senior biotechnology executive and global regulatory strategy expert with over 15 years of experience in drug development, clinical operations, and multinational regulatory affairs. She has worked extensively with major health authorities, including the US FDA, EMA, and Taiwan TFDA, leading numerous IND, NDA, and BLA submissions. As COO of Hopstem Biotechnology Inc., she oversees corporate strategy and operations, advancing cell and gene therapy programs toward commercialization. Previously, she held leadership roles at Amarex. Dr. Ho earned her PhD from the University of Oxford and conducted postdoctoral research at MIT.

Dr. Leon Chiang is the Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Taiwan AI Association (TAIA) and CEO of TAIA Capital. With a PhD in Business Administration from Renmin University and over 20 years of expertise in finance and technology, he is a pivotal figure in Taiwan's AI ecosystem. As a lecturer at National Taiwan University and a seasoned venture capitalist, Dr. Chiang specializes in Generative AI, Physical AI, and robotics. He excels at bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and global capital markets, providing strategic guidance to help startups scale and realize their commercial potential.

​Dr. Wayne Liu is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Growth Officer of Perfect Corp., where he has driven global expansion and guided the company to a successful NYSE listing.  His career bridges engineering, industry leadership, and education at the intersection of artificial Intelligence, enterprise systems, and human capability.  Previously, he held senior roles at NVIDIA, Intel, and Broadcom, contributing to NVIDIA's shader processor architecture, foundational to modern AI.  Dr. Liu holds two doctorates from the University of Southern California, an MS from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. A Forbes contributor and global speaker at the World Economic Forum and Consumer Electronics Show, he also teaches AI and entrepreneurship, focusing on the future of work. 

Eric Mou is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and innovation advisor with extensive experience spanning ICT, venture capital, digital transformation, and sustainable development. A graduate of the Department of Mathematics at National Tsing Hua University, he earned a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Massachusetts and pursued advanced studies at Harvard Graduate School of Design. As a former Senior Vice President of iSoftStone, he helped drive its global expansion and public listing. Eric actively mentors startups, supports technology commercialization, and serves in leadership roles across entrepreneurship, angel investment, and innovation programs at National Tsing Hua University.
